Habit: Erect shrub.

Foliage: Leaves green in colour, 2-12mm may be hairless or hairy. May be blunt or pointed.

Flowers: September to December. White to pink in colour. Star-like, 15mm in width, in clusters.

Other features for identification: Nut contains a single seed.

Cultural tolerances: Flowering is enhanced if grown in an open and sunny situation.

Common Pest or Disease problems: Generally trouble free.

Maintenance requirements: Prune for shape and density.

Propagation: Seed and cuttings.
